So I tried to do the following achievements:
Theorist (Find 5 story logs in the Complex),
Versed (Find 20 story logs in the Complex),
Cataloger (Find 50 story logs in the Complex)
and it wouldn't count. I realized that somehow I have "D-Lock Block Decipherer" completed which is an achievement of finding every story log in the Complex. I think because of that I can no longer complete the other achievements. Is there any way to fix this?

I checked our backend, and I show that you've read 3 logs. If you read 2 more, then you should get Theorist, so on for the other ones.
You don't happen to have been using any mods when you started the game? Anything unusual when you first started the game like a long delay in it "initializing assets" and trying to login?

Ohh I might have actually used a mod that day when that achievement popped up. But the mod didnt work so I gave up and since then I havent been using any mods. No notification about the achievement as well thats why I didnt notice it being completed.
So yeah the thing is I read the 3 logs you mentioned and everything was working well for me. And after I somehow unlocked that "D-Lock Block Decipherer" achievement, the logs stopped counting for me. I've tried it with different logs and maps but it just doesnt count anymore. I have discovered about 20 logs right now and still no achievement and since I can't keep track of it anymore because it was showing the exact amount of read logs only in "D-Lock Block Decipherer" achievement, plus you're saying that I've read only 3 logs, something is wrong.
To me, it looks like because I glitched the "D-Lock Block Decipherer" achievement somehow, the other achievments about reading logs don't count anymore. Any solution for that?

Well i show on the backend that you still have only read 3 logs so you haven't crossed the threshold of 5 lore logs for the first achievement to activate.

Yeah we played together that day with mod and turns out a friend of mine has also "D-Lock Block Decipherer" unlocked and it no longer updates logs for him

But overall, we're working on a fix to hopefully mark the achievement as "not completed" and additional checks so it doesn't get marked completed early for others

I just got into a game 15 mins ago, read 2 logs and nothing happened. I think that its blocking me since I unlocked it early by mistake

are you sure you've read 5 unique lore logs and not the same 3 you've already read? The way the ach is setup is such that even if you've "completed" the "Read all" one, the others would still track and unlock when you read the 5 min unique ones.

Aside from that, then perhaps there's a mod still active that is interfering. Maybe try making sure all mods are deactivated and doing a verify on your game files

Do you have any mods installed? Have you read at least 5 unique lore logs? What's your steam profile link?

@hollow crown I uninstalled mods, verified files of GTFO, went solo on ||R5A2||, there's one terminal with 1 log and one terminal with 4 logs there, read all of them, then died to sleepers and still no progress on "Theorist". I bet you still see only 3 logs read by me in your backend stuff

i show you've read many more of the character backstory logs, but still only 3 of the narrative logs

Kinda funny, but I received this achievement after my PC crashed while playing R8D1 couple hours ago...
iirc, I only read about 8 logs
