#Unable to start expedition when a particular friend in the same lobby

In the middle of expedition one of my friends suddenly disconnected from the game. Upon reconnecting, we discovered that he is completely invisible to us - no model, no HUD indicators, no location on the map. We completed the expedition and since then he's unable join our lobby for the most time, but when he does he's either appears as an empty slot (pic1) or as a doppelganger of one of us lol (pic3). However, from his perspective it's the other members that are unnamed or missing (pic2). Because of all that the host is unable to start expedition since not all players are ready according to the game.
He's tried verifying and reinstalling the game to no avail. No network optimization or any other third-party software that could mess with the game or connection are running.

He's running some Ryzen 5 CPU, don't know the exact model, but the other guy in our team has a similar PC build and the game runs with 0 problems whatsoever.
We tried to host r2c2 and r3a1, both attempts yield the same outcome. I don't think this is an expedition-specific problem, but we'll try other missions later.

Aight it fixed itself, I blame the high load on the free week xD

it likely fixed itself on something restarting, if you have similar issues later try restarting your computers
