A terminal inside the overload part of the level is out-of-bound and prevent the timed sequence to be completed, the game will request this terminal multiple times without any possibilities to reach it.
In our case, Terminal_588 was under the floor inside the main room (room with the main timed_uplink)

I also came here for this as well. Same issue. When we re-started the timer after it ran out then the main terminal was bugged and wouldn't let us confirm the command.

No issue with that here, we were able to input the command again but 80% of the times it would require us to go back to that bugged terminal
We managed to get 1 working target from the main terminal after which it sent us to the bugged one again
Which is odd, it kept giving priority to the bugged terminal but sometimes would randomly send us to a working one is 371 / 372 / 373

My team was able to cheese and door glitch to get the complete, there’s not a way to fix it and it’s already a known issue by the devs
