When attempting the terminal run in R8C1, we got a stuck on a terminal that seemed to be beyond a blocked door, Terminal 303. The bug only occurred when I started the terminal finding sequence. When teammates ran the sequence, a different terminal showed up. Picture shows blocked door that terminal is supposedly beyond in zone 370, room A, floor 2 out of 4.

Could it be because of mods?
Or maybe a bad room design, cuz there some things just stuck from wall

happened to my group too, had a terminal spawn in wall but got lucky that it was never needed

It is not an unlucky experience. It is a bug that only happens with this level.
