I beat R1A1 for the first time on 2nd, i waited a few days because i thougth it may take a few days to show up. It didnt. its a really cool helmet and im really bummed it didnt show up.

it ended 12 pm november 2nd at universal time
so dependin on ur timezone it mightve already passed

I believe i beat it as 4 PM MDT. The time on the screenshot says the same, but idk

MDT iirc is 6 hours behind UTC. Also Cosmetic apparel unlocks are right after completions when you get back to the lobby.

Also you would want to do completions BEFORE the 2nd
