I just completed r2a1 solo and it didn't reward me with the Santonian Skinwalker.

some of my freinds did r2a1 at about 3pm and got it
it's still Nov 2nd for me
kind of stupid to say you can get it till November 2nd if it ends halfway through the day

Still wasn't clarified in the announcement of the event. Not to mention UTC is 1 hour behind Sweden.
Would clear up several issues some players have if timezones for these events were stated.
Aside from just stating a day without reference of timezone.
