Ok, so I have this friend that plays this game, and any time I try to join his lobbys, or him mine, the person joining won't be able to see names or weapons, just blank spots as if nobody is there. if we try to launch an expidition, the level will load indefinitely, preventing us from playing. if one of us leaves the party, the level will immediatly load, but if the one joins back in, he wont be able to interact with the level at all. this only happens when my friend and i pair up. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

friend has vpn or asus gamefirst quality-of-service and hasn't added "steam" as game? .. friend doesn't have UPnP enabled on router? .. friend has modem that does routing (nat) and a separate router behind also doing routing (nat) (double-nat) ? ..
any of the above, u can get into lobby and even voice chat but p2p udp networking will be fricked, forever drop, no names, can't interact (packets not getting thru)
