For "Mother" the Neonate Item never spawned after the final scans. The issue softlocks the final obj and still persists after going back to a checkpoint.

@blazing surge The marker you get after finishing the objective points to where the objective item should go to, not where it actually is. The item is where you originally put it in, which can be a little confusing, but it's most likely not bugged, you just didn't realize it was there.
