Screen keeps going black

dunno how to screenshot this. its just a black screen when someone joins my lobby, i click on my loadout, i click on settings, and then it flicks back. its really annoying. this also happens in game if i click anything. my drivers are all updated. im using windowed fullscreen.

playing in windowed mode seems to fix it, but it really screws over the immersiveness

i hate that blinding white bar
