Literally what the title says. 😤 I tried adjusting everything including Vsync but STILL STUTTERS!!11!! 💀💀😡😡
I know my PC can run the game without lagging. My PC is a gigachad! 😳

(Seriously tho I need help. RTX 2080 i7 48GB RAM Almost 300gigs free in the C drive.)

ssd C drive?

vsync off, target frame rate 61, exclusive full screen, textures half, shadow quality down a bit, shadow updates down a bit, see if u get a solid 60.

also, cpu culling low or even off
