You should be able to run it at a stable framerate at lower graphics settings.
The biggest issue I see here is the RAM, this game has some memory leak problems so it could lead to a crash if you don't restart your game after a few decent timed attempts on a level, or if a run goes too long.
Regardless your specs do meet the minimum requirements so it certainly would not hurt to run the game and see if you are comfortable with how you can run it. You can always refund if it does not work out.
