weird black dot on screen

Hi, I've been ocassionally getting these black dots that appear on screen and disappear shortly after awhile.

They leave behind a pixel or two that display inversed colors? Also the game tends to freeze while the audio continues playing before this happens.

Liquid bug, no fix. Will disappear over time

is it related to my gpu? or is it a game issue

No idea, theory is it's how the game renders liquid and blood on the visor and gets fucked
