When I was playing R1D1, there was no blood or anything (I was just walking), but there was just a black circle appeared and grown on my screen and then shrink and disappeared few minutes later.

Either way I'm freaked out, whether it's my monitor leaking fluid or the horror factor in the game

yeh no is just a bug
it goes away if u press O since the blood effect disappears on that screen

or usin a certain resource pack characteristic of r2
