#Game Crashes on startup

Game crashes on startup, never been able to launch properly once.

Things tried:

  • Steam verified integrity of game files
  • Reinstalled Game including local appdata folder deletions
  • .net framework update
  • graphics driver clean deinstall/install
  • run steam as admin and in compatibility mode
    -run gtfo executable as admin and in compatibility mode

After running the the in compatibility mode I was able to start the game but couldnt get past the attached screen

Specs:

  • Win11
  • 2080
  • 32GB
  • Ryzen 7 3700X

go in your files and locate and delete a folder called 10 chambers

If you are having an issue with the game please perform the following steps. This will often times fix the issue. If that doesn't work try the steps in ?t fix2

Perform the following steps:

  1. Uninstall game on steam.
  2. Press the Windows Key and the R key at some time. This will open a "Run" dialog.
    PL Inside put the following in:
    %userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\
    PL Press enter. A new file explorer window will open.
    PL Delete the folder called: 10 Chambers Collective
    PL Repeat same steps for following:
    %userprofile%\Appdata\Local\Temp\
  3. Install the game

If the steps in ?t fix didn't work, try the following:

  1. Make sure your computer has the latest Windows Updates.
  2. Make sure your Video Card drivers are up to date.
  3. Restart your Modem, Router, and PC.
  4. Make sure your computer is clear of dust, good airflow, and not overheating.

after doing all of this and more my game still crashes on open

i legit cannot play the game anymore i dont understand what my issue could possibly be

exactly the same here. After trying all the steps above, I even reset my whole PC, freshly installed Windows (back to Windows 10) and drivers, then steam, then the game and it still crashes on open.
Are there any actual devs in here or is there a place to direct this at to get technical support? @raven hearth <@&408548765599793173> @forest aurora
