For a long time now, I've noticed when there is even the SLIGHTEST stability issue, the c-foam launcher does not hit doors properly. For slight issues it usually still hits the door for the majority, but as stability gets worse for whatever reason the c-foam launcher completely shoots through doors, where this issue doesn't occur with any other weapon (literally it will all go through a closed door and land on the other side).
I know the c-foam launcher generally has several issues, but it would make me SO happy if the launcher only had issues under major stability problems, because as of now the c-foam launcher does not hit doors properly in more than half of my lobbies.

Known issue. I even had it alone with bots as host once. AFAIK if you get that you need to restart the game since the problem lingers in other drops too.
Supposedly trying to foam the top part of the doors kinda works.
I understand, but it's frustrating that this has existed for a long time and yet it's still one of the most buggiest and annoying issues in the game. Also, restarting did not fix the issue.
This glitch still existing is the reason I don't play GTFO anymore. Too many E-tier runs ruined by this glitch. I would understand if there was a workaround that worked every time, but it seems that there isn't.
IIRC it's part of a projectile-collision issue and the working workaround would be that EVERY player in the lobby (host and clients) quits the game and restarts it at every attempt (If you want to be sure this doesn't happen) but I'm not sure
I wonder if that includes not using checkpoint restarts in-mission.
