I was just standing and my visual bugged. So I tried to fix it by changing my resolution to 640x480 Fullscreen Windowed, but it didn't fix the visual bug. Instead, it locked all pings and indicators in a small resolution. I tried changing to all resolutions and all full screen modes but it didn't fix the issue.

Well known, especially the second video is exactly what happened to me once after the liquid drip glitch bugged out and I waited for the black spot to disappear. Popular belief is that the liquid effect on the mask gets fucked up and the result is what you've seen

It's the aftermath of the liquid glitch that causes the black/whatever stain which has been reported multiple times

This sucked because I had to restart my game.
All times I had that issue only way to get rid of it was going back to lobby/menu and redrop
Of course if you're playing alone with bots that's not an option
And at that point you might aswell just restart the game
