I have been sitting on this screen for the past 30 minutes why cant I host or join my friends lobby?

hello, in-game mm is just kinda stinky and it doesnt work well, but also isnt how u do or join lobbies
to host one, u click the mission u wanna do and create one, i think its called like 'create lobby' or somethin like that
to join a friends lobby, either join theirs by steam with an invitation, or ur friend must copy the lobby code [clicklin a button on the right], send it to u, u copy it, go back into the game and click the button that appears on the left [Join ___ lobby through clipboard]
and if u wanna share or join lobbies with randoms, u cna use the LFG channels in this server to do that too

when u open the game and inject, u will see all the rundowns, on that screen the button on the left appears
