Hey there. Had this happen recently. We shot the AI to death and revived him then had him follow the host using 'Q' and "follow me". Seemed to fix AI.

Is he like, actively running away from the scan?

They just stay out of the circle as if it will harm them

You can always kick him, do the scan, make him rejoin

^ Good point. You can set their slot to players only then back to bot to refresh them. May help.

Ah well, worth remembering for future. If the bot is acting up kick it and scan then add it again after team scan.
