can u join any lobbies or invite any player ever? .. sounds like u got network issues, like upnp off or 2 routers in front of your computer (effectively, upnp off)

phone usb modem should work fine.. upnp is where your computer asks for network ports to be forwarded and firewalls to be open, phones do that usually well... ... is phone connected to your wifi? .. that would explain

tethering or hotspot creates a nat for computer, but if also phone on wifi that also does network address translation (nat), there would be 2 layers

.... one client or host that has this problem will break the lobby for all. the data does not get to you, its peer to peer stuff after steam has lobbied you

yeh last line of nickname file tells network problem, either firewall or port forward.. maybe your isp is blocking.. go get a cheap prepaid data sim from another company, try with it.. other than that.. good luck 😦

slot is not important, last line in NICKNAME log... some networking bits and bobs are not coming thru.. if u want i can attempt hosting, see if u can join.. then u host, i try join.. we get my logs too
