So I got the game yesterday and it works fine when I solo, however when I join people or when people join me issues start appearing. Sometimes the character doesn't load in, or the names are black, or the host doesn't appear to be ready for me and they can't initiate cage drop at all. When I host I can initiate it but it becomes stuck on infinite dropping/loading. I have tried multiple fixes from here and other places but nothing seems to work except for one fix that technically works which is switching the regions on my PC. I have to keep connecting and disconnecting from the lobby of the game switching back and forth with my region between US and my country. That's the only thing that seems to really do the trick but I have to repeat the process till it works so I hope there is another fix to this. Thank you for your time and sorry for the inconvenience.

i am having literally the same issue
we found it to be an issue with a VPN that was running in the background for my buddy

I figured out the issue for mine but I have yet to fix it due to mine
Long story short I have to reset/change the IP the Router gives me
The game worked fine when I used a wifi adapter and connected through my phone as a hotspot
