As far as im aware, the Twin Barrel Blade MK1 Visor MK1 is only obtainable in R6 EXT, but i obtained it after completing ALT://R4C3 with no secondarys, with only the main objective completed.

I should note I havent completed R6 EXT Fully, But i am playing with someone who has.

the rewards that you get from completing a level are completely random, you can get anything as long as it isnt a reward for completing an entire currently available rundown

since the rundowns stopped givin specific rewards for completing sectors n stuff, the text up could be true
