I show rundown completion data for R4EA, R5EA, R6, R7, ALT R1, ALT R3, ALT R4, but nothing for ALT R2. Do you by chance have any screenshot of your ALT R2 completions?

Ok I've restored the completions based on your screenshot for ALT R2. Just restart the game and you should see all completions correctly.

your r7 and alt r1 completions are there. Try loading the game from another computer or completely removing the game and reinstalling to make sure there's nothing mod related leftover that could be interfering
