I completed both but in the apparel section there is nothing new, what do the devs have to say about that....

As you only get rewarded for the first completion, you that are affected can choose to pause your scavenging in The Complex and continue after the patch. But if you don’t care about the wardrobe you can continue but won't get rewarded for your completion.

So i did a1 and a2 and will never get the apparel for it, wow big f you, seriously so dumb.

I agree with this, I pay for that content you have created 10 Chambers. You need to reward those expedition reward not granted for those who have cleared those levels within the bug time frame. It's literally unfair... I cannot believe as a developer you did not save the reward acquired time in your database.... Everyone know that a datetime is always required for debugging things like that.....

We currently don't have a system to retrospectively reward those affected.

You can find a way like give apparel based on the number unlocked versus the completion reward criteria met?

if those number are not the same, you have found someone with a bug and can give them the amount missing like its the first time

I'm sure you can find something to sort that out, but don't let us down on this please, i beg you a lot on this.

Fixed or not fixed, we who are affected by this now gone bug didn't get any reward for completing the missions.
Atleast give us some way to obtain the unlocks..

Is this a joke? I contacted mod support with one of the two said options, i did not create a post in the steam community hub because i can't because i was banned there by in my opinion an unprofessional moderator, so i used the other option which is to provide evidence that this discord account belongs to the my steam account - note: i did and will NOT link my steam and discord account duo to major privacy concerns, discord is a shithole when it comes to privacy and you cannot and WILL NOT force me to link my accounts.

You made a mistake in your last update not me keep that in mind, i'm here to unlock the apparels by restting my alt#R4 but the mod-contact refuses to do so because i did not link my steam and discord account, which as i said i will not do for good reasons that are none of your business anyways.

I have literally written ON MY STEAM PROFILE STATUS PAGE:
deltacorp#3519 is my discord account and i want to reset my GTFO ALT#R4 to unlock all cosmetic apparels!

Why and how would i write this status in my steam account if it wasn't me? The mod-contact is ignoring this and insist on me linking my accounts which i will for damn sake not do because it is my right to decide what i do with my accounts and i don't want to link them because of privacy concerns, the status in my steam profile stating that i own this discord account is clear evidence that i am the owner of said account, this is kindergarden and i'm getting tired of it, i want to speak to the head moderator or anyone else who hasn't lost their last functional braincell.

I have a recording of the message history with the mod-contact which i can share with you and might and up on youtube anyways just to expose the stupidity.

First and foremost, being aggressive and threatening will get you nowhere. It was my call to deny the request as we gave clear and precise instructions on how to validate said information. A cooperative way of handling this would have to reach out and ask for options, rather than think your method would fly without hesitation.
