It's dsync. When you got teleported back, it was a host migration.

When you have dsync, the P to P connection for you (the player) and your teammates is unstable. You'll have very laggy interaction within the game, etc. When the host dropped out, as shown in the bottom right hand corner of your screen, it tends to revert back time.
Host migration in GTFO in general isn't all that great. It only works half the time in terms of not bugging out the level.
Have someone else w/ a better internet connection host and definitely someone who isn't going to leave anytime soon.
