Anyone know why I maintain only like 35-40 FPS? I have 32g, RTX3080, and i7-11800H.

try exclusive full screen and try framerate 61fps no vsync, if still max 40, try tezture size half.. u should be able to max out, could be some overlay issue, do u stream? twitch studio does -20 -30fps for me, nvidia gfe stream doesnt..
