AMD driver crashing randomly | GTFO | Page 1

Hello, randomly when I'm playing GTFO my AMD driver will randomly crash. It can be in the main menu, in game, wherever. It doesn't happen at a specific time, I've had it happen 3 minutes after booting the game in the main menu and I've played for 45m before its crashed. Any ideas why? I have a 7900xtx

Hi, I have a 7900 xt and my driver crashed as well (driver time out). I can avoid the crash if I set my Monitor to 60Hz instead of 144Hz.

New AMD driver may have some stability issues perhaps, I ran an adrenaline update yesterday and my game crashed. Hasn’t happened again since.

Update to this: disabling MPO seems to have helped, I have not crashed since doing so although I havent played more than 2h since. Will report as closed when I play for a few hours more and it no longer crashes.@tawdry meteor

Tbh havent played Gtfo because disabling mpo did not fix the issue
