Have you verified your files?
Checked if your system meet the requirements?
If yes does it go black screen when you change graphical changes?
If that's a yes check your graphics card/driver

just by switching from audio tab to keybinds or whatever tab

have you tried changing resolutions?
also very sorry for the late response
resolution may also have a play in it
because gtfo doesn't work well with very high-high and very low resolution
