Hello everyone, I have a problem connecting to the lobby. When connecting to friends in the lobby, either they don’t see me, or I don’t see 1 or 2 players (I also can’t see inventory, player nicknames). It happens that this problem does not exist, but we cannot start the game. I tried to create a lobby myself and invite people, the same problems. However, when I left the lobby, my friends were able to start the game. What could be the problem? For 3 hours I can’t figure it out, because there is no information on the Internet with solutions to the problem. help me please

GTFO is peer-to-peer network model. By the syndrome you described you have severe packet loss issue between 1 ~ 2 of your friends, that's why you don't seem their loadout because the packet contains their loadout is loss/corrupted. It also explains why you can't start the game because either you or your friends' ack packet is loss/corrupted.

And the root cause is either

  1. Some of you simply uses poor ISP or maybe lived in Antarctica
  2. VPN/firewall, if you/your friends using VPN this has a high historical experience to be the root cause. Some VPN defaults stricter inbound/outbound rules. Finally though rarely seen, your local network admin (especially if you're in a shared facility like corp/school) can have strict firewall configs.
