#How do I make R7 graphically playable?

I've played every rundown with my computer specs at a good smooth 60fps for the most part, even now R1 and R2 ALTS are running smooth and fine. I drop into the new R7 plant biome? A staggering choppy framerate and unplayable visuals. I've got low on shadows, no blood, turned down most things, graphics on Quarter etc etc. What's making this so graphically taxing compared to other rundowns and has anyone found any ways to make it less taxing on the hardware? Running GTX970TI, i4770k, 16G ram, game not on SSD
