Did anyone running Ryzen 3600 upgrade to 5800X3D CPU see a big difference in performance?

Cos right now when the horde swarms in, my game seems to stutter on and off. Don't get it in other games. 16GB ram, 3080 here.

cpu culling? set to low.. also standard answer: if mb changed, make sure mb chipset driver is installed
