yeah, for that location it works pretty well, besides the sentry closest to the players since it will lock on and shoot at guys far away, as well as shooting them in the front instead of behind, doing less damage

there are generally two strats for c-1. the bridge, and that hallway. it is simply a diagram to help those planning on doing the hallway strat.
the turret on the box is a burst turret. the others are shotgun. that is given away by the arming radius on the map. otherwise, with 3 shotguns, just put it behind one of the two corners just apst the hall

I was just nit picking at small imperfections in the sentry set up. Even if it is a burst sentry, it still benefits from the enemies being weaker on their back side if you put it the other way around.

Me and some pals spent 4 and a half hours painfully doing area 1 over and over until one of us had to leave in like 30 minutes, which we thought to be impossible for a run, so we decided to have some fun and just go in guns blazing. Lo and be hold, we completed the level in about 20 minutes. This is especially odd since people were charging into rooms without a bio scanner and just shooting whatever they saw and the rest would scramble to back them up.

I use it for my own video editing, and it's quality can be quite high if you know what you're doing c: it's free, too, and can do more than just editing.

@tribal yew Well, for me. It is a strong primary weapon in terms of dmg. When solo I go often for kiting which lines the enemy. So headshots are easy. Then you can one shot head shot shooters and cripple strikers. Also I like the scope. Helps me with the aiming. Tbf in my C2 solo run I used more the pump shotty cause of the chargers. Only in A1/B1 solo I use the AR. For the team aspect I simply love the dmr. Also I never have ammo problems. Shotgun and DMR can harmonize rly good.

@candid python and @open fiber this is the exploit I used for the alarm doors in D1. This is the first room on one of those steel beems near the first alarm door. As you can see they stack up in this little spot. It is easy to get rid of their heads, if they are in this position. But you can still kill the headless ones. That is why I used the AR. Shifting on the steel beem can bring them to another positon so that you can divide those with heads and without heads. But it requires patience.

@empty sleet No I have no footage for that. Would be like a 5 - 6 hour video and I never edited a video before. I can explain what I did though. Just keep the strikers alive in each room. Kill all shooters and scouts. Big thingies too. Then jump on that steel beem contraption in the first room (pic I showed). Behead all strikers. Trigger the alarm. Kill shooters and big thingies, when they spawn. Move back to the steel beem contraption. Behead the strikers which spawned. Do the scans. Do this for the 3 alarm doors. Then go into the big guy area and find the tool refill for your mine deployer. You can loot as much as you want really. Mine the corridor to the reactor. 2 mines on each pillar and one on the doors. Mine back to the extraction point. Mine places where you think the shadows might come from. Use cfoam too. Do the scans of the reactor. Run back to the extraction point. You should be able to reach 50 - 60%, before the shadows start to swarm you. Then run back to Zone 71 (I believe this is the number). The room with the 3rd alarm door. Wait for them. Run back to the extraction point. Should go to 100%. Keep a 5 use medipack on your body for the extraction part.

Yeah, the steel beem exploit makes it easier to behead them, cause the strikers cannot touch you. When you leave those alive, who spawned and trigger them. You can behead them easily and the wave which spawns is smaller. Also less shooters. I believe it is possible without exploit or beheading, but it would be stressful.^^ I was not able to do it without the exploit either. The other 2 alarm doors are better, cause you have Ressource packs and a larger area to kite.

Just finished Rundown #001 for the 50th time! That means each expedition 50 times! I have around 381 hours played now. It's been real fun playing GTFO, maybe I can hit 60 before the next rundown? I think assault rifle suffers from the smg having better ammo efficiency, if I had to compare. Combat shotty and machine gun are definitely interchangeable, but I think you can do more with the machine gun than you can with the shotgun, if you’re good enough
