For X570 chipsets you're only option is Gigabyte (I'm biased). While their BIOSes may suck, they have the best VRMs and cooling.

B450 and X570 chipsets are for AMD processors.

Here's a TL;DR of why Intel chips suck security wise.

Intel microcode can be easily patched/modified in the bios allowing hackers to use MDS attacks to gain your passwords and confidential information.

Put the PC back to "stock" essentially. We can rule out hardware incompatibilities if you do this. If it boots, then you have bad vengeance ram. If not, then the issue is something else.

Put the PC back to "stock" essentially. We can rule out hardware incompatibilities if you do this. If it boots, then you have bad vengeance ram. If not, then the issue is something else.

@valid bronze As much as it pains me to say it, you don't need the noctua cooler for Ryzen. The stock cooler is good enough. Unless you want a very quiet system, then it makes sense.

I would not bother getting an x470 motherboard if you have a B450 board now. Both are fine with Ryzen 3000, just remember to update BIOS.

It's also not clear what parts you have and what parts you want to get. That makes giving good advice more difficult.

I got a Deepcool Gammaxx 400 for 20 bucks, tbh probably the best cooler for the money. The Stealth Wraith is alright, but there's no way I could have gotten the 4ghz overclock on my 2600 with it at acceptable temps anyway.

= "Where's your computer?" is a question I often hear.
And the best part?

that was a problem for me on the old tower as the cpu cooler fan was 80mil and died so its either get a full new cooler as couldnt switch out the fan
