If you are able to pull some viewers and stream some quality games they usually just donate for you to upgrade
Ooh that might be easy
Its really difficult tho to get the first few viewers into your stream
Steam and Discord
Growing a channel is a horrible task
I have a few peps who might watch for a while
yep
And 60 subs inactive on youtube
Yeah you need to get those loyal people in there who would watch a couple hours and come back the next day
if you have that your good
and will grow over time
Ninja said THE F U SAID TO ME U LIL SHEET
my friend went from 10k inactive youtube subs to 100k active on twitch
ur gonna dissapear into the crowd of 100's or 1000's streamers
pre order and roll
what is the appeal of streaming?
Not much for me
surely cannot be money making alone?
I stil stream on occassion tho
Oh it is lmfao
Most people who started streaming between 2015 / 2019 usually started for the money tbh
Does xsplit even exist stil?
No idea
Oh it does i think?
I havent heard anyone using that in a long time
its usually always OBS now
Who would pay a premium for xsplit
If i am making content i will be looking forward to entertain more and make money less
its hard to keep entertaining tho
It depends
Like 8 hours a day is basicly a job, and it takes a schedule to keep consistent at streaming if its just a hobby, and you are truly entertaining you could make it but even the average streamer makes it into a decent viewer numbers if they keep a consistent schedule
But i can still upload youtube walkthr
but its hard if you make no money and you have real world bills to pay
Ehh idk
kinda like...
I had a friend of mine who i had to tell to stop streaming for a little bit so he could just get his head in place
FLASHER PSYCHOLOGY
He was so busy looking at the numbers
these twitch th0ts like pokimane are just sitting and eating while some pay to her just to turn around
It was fucking with his head
Well its not just that their just sitting their and eating and have a viewerbase from nowhere
@gusty glacier oh man seriously?
Some of these girls had to build their channel up for years aswell
We are talking 2019
But others come out of no where and sit there and have 10k viewers and watch youtube comps all day
TTS donations are the best
Belle Delphine gamer girl bath water?
Lmfao
NO
Jesus when i opened discord i thought that was an NSFW pic lmfao
Is that for real or photoshopped I wonder?
These Japanese people have so many phones attached to their bikes or motorbikes
and just leave it on the street with keys in it
and doesnt get stolen
Japan are in 3028 while we here in Bulgaria are still in 2019
Lmfao
1050ti and i5 9600 alongside 1600w lmao xdd
yes, that’s how power supplies work
He will have enough to power up the whole building
Nah i dunno
I see space for a fan
But like
It looks so small
How're you gonna fit anything else?
That case specifically has the 200mm front fan, right?
seems a bit fatter than the Ghost s1 mkII? https://www.louqe.com/
and that can take a 2080Ti
What CPU would you recommend, primarily for game development work such as compiling C++ and the monolithic UE4 engine?
I'm gonna need to upgrade soon
I mean the 3700x will do it for you, but 3800x and the 3900x are also pretty darn good
these are all in the i7-i9 level
but all under 500$ :>
(i9 can go up to 1100)
hmm I'd need to buy an AM4 socket motherboard too
I've been eyeing some for a while anyway
What mobo do you have?
Or at least current CPU would be good

there :^)
@north bronze What do you want. happy to help
I'd like to upgrade my current PC to get faster C++/UE4 compile times (CPU) and also high quality graphics.
Currently, I get slow compiles, and bad graphics 😐
I've decided to take a year off, instead of going to Uni, so I'll probably be working full time this year. Let's say 1.5k max.
So you’ve got a 1050Ti
@late sorrel if he is for ue4 then 3900x
yee
well for 3700x you will need a new one as well
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6400 CPU @ 2.70GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.7GHz
OOF
yeah big oof
good old days
p sure it's bottlenecking
it’s not as big of an oof as my 2500k
Hold on . I will be brb in few minutes .
anyway, yeah, 3700x and a 5700/XT or something
lemme just open up a part list
5700/XT?
It's what I've been doing haha but yeah nah
- MEMORY STREAMING BUDGET: 1.3GB OVER LIMIT
so, that’ll be good
3700x 5700xt x570 and 16gbs
what?
(just my daily error messages from UE4 on my current 1050)
yeah, or 32, just another 100 quid
aah we dont know the prices i your country
You may want the Steel Legend
yeah, you’re from England right?
At least, don’t let me presume
France
Ah
there’s an MSI deal right now, so if you buy a mobo you get a water cooler
but my dad's going to snap my neck
I'll be working like starting august so I can't pay right now haha
how long is the deal going to stay for?
18th august
ehhh it's possible
I am an msi fan boy
What mobo do you recommend
So, if you get paid bi-weekly you’ll scrape in
nothing too fancy
x570
x570 for 3700 and 3900
Lemme get you a list, I’ve been looking at them myself
it’s going to be 150-200 no matter what
aight
If you do get the MSI deal, the Gaming Edge and the other one is good
MSI X570 GAMING PRO CARBON is a good choice
if I manage
yeah, Pro Carbon would be good
too expensive
Wait
We are actually doing this so rushed
first there are barely 4 days of their releases
and we havent got the money
There could be changes
that’s true, but you’ll stick around erlite, won’t you?
3700x 2080super will be the best combo for me
The drivers are releasing better for the 5700XT/5700 anyway
Like 7% more performance right now
dont get FOUNDERS EDITION
oh god no
99temp xd
save your cash and get something that is beating the 2070Super
3700x vs 3900x what's the difference?
@late sorrel 2080 or 2080s
eh i'll go for 3700x then
3900 is for productivity
ah
3700 is for gaming and productivity
i'll go 3700 then
i mean you can still use 3900 for gaming
As in planning to play?
to build
to make?
story genre?
Unity > UE4
Its actually 50/50 xd
Oh it's already well under way, it's an open world survival game
open world?
(i'm currently rewriting all of the source code)
Anyway, you can get 16gb for about 100usd, so it’s just do you want to go for the 32 or not
Ooh that cpu usage
16 yeah..
but it’s just do you need it
and i've lived for 3 years with 4
upgrade it 32 when you can
will do
you can always buy more :V
ahhhh fuck might need a new PSU
ey Admins give us PC TECH SUPPORTERS role
lol
it needs to be ATX
yeh, but ATX has been around for a while
fits right?
No issues
aight
modular power supply too
my current one makes me sick
spent 30 minutes getting the cables around correctly lol
The best option for now will be to wait a bit . Lets look forward to ram , case and cooling for your cpu
at least, I’m 90% sure
is the stock fan for the ryzen cpu bad?
yeh, ATX
it’s not
its just you can spend 40€ on something that will make it cooler
anything above atx is expensive
such as?
The big tower cases
what, EATX?
ye
who needs them
yeh, there’s no need
what cooler would you recommend
there’s a noctua that’s good
haha that noctua
I'll change case later, and idk how one would choose between air and liquid
linus tech made a whole ad
ml360r will be mine
Although im not entirely sure
i still havent got the money
Air cooler might be more effective but its noisy
imagine getting my 212 hyper evo on the 3700 x lmao xd
Yours? xd
well the one you guys made for me haha
hot
250 gb
or more if you want
I will have all these things meanwhile i will need a 2nd HDD XD
I have so manyy games and edited videos
1tb it is
Any downside to having partitions on an SSD?

i filtered price + modular, 800w came up before any 750w lol
lemme see again
@north bronze Might want to wait for the custom RX 5700XTs to appear?
they are not out yet maybe
It's not for now anyway, the priority is Mobo + CPU
August so it seems
ooh LEPA sounds exotic
Hmmm
Cooler Master sounds like a good choice
The two biggest power consumers in the system, the CPU and GPU
overclocked say:
3700x - 90w
5700xt - 250w
fake ? xd
hmm
modern hardware (that is not highly overclocked) is quite power efficient
Good
i'll still get the PSU
just don't go crazy pushing up the voltages beyond sane levels
Because why not and I want a modular one anyway :^)
I'd say a modular 650 watt would do you fine
might as well save power
Here is mine if you are wondering
RYZEN 7 3700X
MSI RTX 2080SUPER GAMING X
KINGSTON HYPERX 2X8 ( 16 DDR4 , 3200MHZ )
SAMSUNG 850 EVO ( CURRENT )
NZXT 700W
ML360R```
2080 Super isn't out yet though?
Yes but i know its gonna be good xd
:v 5700xt
it will be the at price of a used 1080ti in my country
wow those used 1080 Ti are expensive?
like 600 euroes
mining intensifies
that bad?

how does this look?
Change the gpu to an MSI model and you are ready to roll
Another suggestion: Samsung SSDs are way too expensive for what they're worth
I've only tried with them
I don't see any MSI brand 5700xt
aight
they will come after some days
There is the Adata XPG SX 8200 Pro or its OEM equivalent the HP EX920 or so
Also, Arctic Silver 5 is OLD
Ouch i only know samsung as the best ssd provider xd
it's performance has been exceeded by more modern cheaper pastes
@gusty glacier It still is the best, and they overcharge a premium for that 10 to 15% more performance
970 would be my 2nd one later on
@north bronze I'd recommend Arctic MX4 as normal go-to thermal paste
850 is enough too right?
or if you don't mind more frequent maintenance, the Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut
@fiery nacelle alright
@gusty glacier Hmm, the 850 is only a SATA SSD right?
I think so
I even didnt know when it was installed
my brother usually goes around with my pc
And i boot the PC and its like super fast

Well
I cant tell if this is the real prices of them
since you have diffent stores in France
nah
NVME SSD recommendation from Anandtech
I'm most likely gonna go to Paris, there's a street with tons and tons of hardware vendors
From Toms Hardware
I'm going to copy the list to the street's website and check the prices
ever wanted a mini ITX system? LOL
lol
Mac man xd
the future is here. Lights for years ahead
and they show some pentium 1.3ghz shit xd
Pentium G5600
gold
my friend is with 5600 and 1050ti and it lags as hell
Yes, it's still a pentium.
Pentium G5600?
He got a pc at the most shittiest companies for PC
He could've got 570 and 1600x
for the same money
ouch
He didnt want a custom build
He wanted a ready one and the only trustful guys that can actually do readytogo pcs had a good offer
We ran csgo 1920x1080 very low
23 fps average
wait a minute, why Amazon france?
he is from France
You plug it in
oh okay
the right bit goes to a port
thought it'd be a sata cable or something, neat
It goes in at a slight "canted" angle then once the connector is inserted, flatten the SSD against the motherboard
Lets get high end parts to play roblox
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NCIqZjo34rw
Nice simple guide haha
Im pretty sure that there will be better version
aight
Yeah but we're more comfortable waiting until better versions come out
brb gtg eat
Sapphire Nitro
@north bronze the nvme drives slide in on the mobo, parallel, so they lay flat. think of it like pushing a gfx card into the mobo, but instead it's flat on the board
Hey docred give us some tech roles.xd
There's a slight angle to it, when not pushed down, it will naturally spring upwards to a 30 degree angle
xp
(may unsettle those who have never installed one before)
we could probably have more roles when the game is playable, maybe roles for the characters, stuff like that.
that we won't do
I always wonder...
guides aren't necessarily technical
:v are you gatekeeping guides
Will GTFO be... CCD or CCX aware?
eh, am jokin

GTFO was suppost to come 2019 spring right?
Or do we have to manually set all thread affinities to a single CCD/CCX for GTGO to get the best out of it?|
(just like in CSGO)
2018, actually
I don’t mind the wait assuming it’s better than the 2018 version
again, they’ve been a little more forthcoming about behind-the-scenes stuff lately, so it seems more that they’re more ready for a release
the wait without news wasn’t fun tho :v
Unity can be deceptively simple it seems
There isn’t a set specifications
all we know is that you’ll be able to scrape by with a 2500k and a HD5670
say, 30fps 720p
Its going to be 40GBs i assume
R9 280X and A10 7850K should handle gtfo at medium ( even though the game is not out )
For that matter, all AMD driver support for anything older than 7700 series has ended
finding source now
I'd say perhaps the 5850 may have the horsepower, but then major driver issues
Especially Win 7 / 8 / 10
Who plays in win8???
It will be crippled by lack of recent driver support
The specifications should be finalized by now as per the roadmap
Is there going to be ray tracing in gtfo
yeppers
maybe want a better GPU?
tinteddd
I’m gunna get a 5700XT when it can be cooled properly :v
I ordered you a 5700xt
ah nice choice
2080Ti
That’s a Glave mouse
can be a 2080 as well
i think that's a 1080 ti ftw
xd
you dont need a club
when you already have one home
We cant see the cpu but we can make guesses
In average, most 1080 Ti users buy a 8700K along with it, right?
but ryzen 3700x wins from everywhere xd
It's cheaper and it's not too different
the cooling is corsair?
Yeah
Yeah it's corsair
Asus monitor?
The shape is definitely corsair
Yall i have the parts
haha
guess them
its a 1080ti
the cpu is intel
K version
i9
gc is made by evga
corsair for case, aio, mouse and keyboard (prob a k55)
asus for the mobo
and I guess we don't really care about windows 10, task manager and spotify
the gc is actualy a 1080ti (evga ftw3)
edit: the ram also comes from corsair, and is actualy RGB ram (but not lighted up lmao)
Made a quick tweak to the RAM, some devs I know recommended I use 3200 instead of 3000

oh a baguette
LDLC is a pretty good website
got most of my components from there, and the most expensive ones on topachat or cdiscount
what about case and cooling tho
lmao the ram also comes from corsair
seems like a corsair sponsored synthwave build
it's not even light up on the picture XD
Can anyone suggest me good case fans that are kinda cheap and do not have rgb light on them but work nicely? For now I have arctic ones planned but Im more than willing to switch for better case fans, but I dunno which ones are good and worth the price
not kinda cheap, but be quiet ones seem nice
noctua are even more expensive tho
if you want to know, I do have artic ones and they work, I mean there're fans, spinny blady, I can't say they are loud or bad, they do their job
Yes Erlite . Ryzen 3rd gen supports 3200mhz
whoever told you that is right
@wheat magnet Not sure but you can check on youtube or look up for a thread in linus tech tips
3200mhz as in general without overclocking
yee

im so hyped xd
same m8
although I'm most likely going to change the case too later lol
this Z11 does NOT go well with the beast of a build this is
C16
G.skill is a pretty nice ram manufacturer
Cooler Master have some great cases
cases are pure taste
I took a define s because
- there's nothing on the front panel (not even a logo)
- the windows is a bit smaller than the side panel so I can hide led strips there
and they made a define s2 with glass everywhere now, it's dope
What's the diff between ATX Full and ATX Mid
ATX full - you can put your friend in there
size?
So ATX Mid is enough?
yes
I mean even if a case is ATX rated, it can handle smaller or bigger cards (or not)
WOOOW
The 2080super is not out yet
and in my store i can see a Palit Geforce one
PALIT GEFORCE RTX 2080 SUPER JETSTREAM 8GB GDDR6 for 800 euroes
And its from a trustful store
fff
Hmm
Anyways - MSI is my brand
Well thats what we made the entire time lol xd
lmao
Samr goes for me
Yeah basically lol
For me it went from building to upgrading
lmao
Or ehh
I'm just gonna keep the build updated over time, so I can get it later
When I really don't give a f
lmao
Take care
:p
I'm gonna reinstall it anyways lol
Because I might just use it for trading ig
this beauty will be mine
Not too much RGB, which is nice
But do you really?
It's a GeForce GTX novideo card
who puts a pc in a case? plebs
A PC in a case in a case in a case
Yeah he doesn't have case
Is he going for one of these wall mounted builds? Lmao
I was going for an upgrade at first
Like just drill the holes and put the parts on the wall
But fuck it might as well make a brand new build
it's one of those new open source cases, maximum air cooling
Yeah it's been done before as well
Honestly doesn't look like a good idea though lmao
Ah the NZXT S340 doesn't have rgb lighting by default
i found wifi in the car . still alive
You want uhh
Guess I'll have to buy RGB fans later
your car has wifi?
lmao
look neat
oooh
@fleet canopy yep all AMD
it’s a nice design
Yeah, looks alot like the Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic
I don't do watercooling builds in general, so would somewhat be a waste on me
@north bronze You can try like me 2080s if you are looking for an nvidia gpu
nah amd sounds nice
there’s no point
Just save the money and get a 5700XT
You’re not going to buy a 2080 now are you?
maybe a 2070 at max
I dont know but i have a good feeling about 2080s
I mean it will beat the 5700XT
but my point is, at this price point, there’s just the benches to follow
Going fully is a good choice since you will have everything amd optimized
AMD RELIVE
I would reccomend doing that at this time, considering Nvidia doesn’t have anything to offer at this point
Intel do though, so that’s interesting
there’s no need for RTX
RTX is just a meh thing rn
i have 220 games and none support this xd
exactly
my oldest ones are half life and 1.6 lmao
nice
I think Portal 1 is my oldest
have you guys ever heard of Singularity?
If you have money for a 2080s at 800$, you could spend 80$ ish more for two refurbished Zotac 1080 Tis if you kind of don't want to use an AMD GPU or are not caring for RTX
I think so
My country has asus and msi , gygabite too
Gigabyte isn’t too good in my opinion
in my country
i dont think we have a zotac
Ah, damn
What’s your country?
Bulgaria
white green red
I look forward to gplay.bg
they are the most loyal for me
they even make videos
reviews, news
You know what
instead of making these big configs
we can drink razer respawn
and see 240hz and ultra at 1000fps
I'm still sitting here with my 1080ti like 😜 because I only spent 650$ when it came out. Meanwhile this 20 series cards where just awful, and continued their expensive price point
At this point .... yeah
rtx 2080 ti femboi here
kek
It's about 1200ish if not more usd here
It's 1200-1500$ here
i'm one of the first who bought the rtx 2080 ti when it just came out x3
no 1700€
It first rele- waaa
Pffffft
I think my whole computer, with a 1080ti evga ftw3 (so not stock) was 2200
2080ti is just an awful card for the price
Yes .... really
it's the best card on the market, but really expensive
Expensive*
You guys don't actually know what good means do you 😂
Its worth the cost if you dont care about money
amd will think of something
I get you invested in it, so you want to defend your position. But it's not worth the cost.
I do not.
It is actually
Just every day i see people cry more about costs and "how bad it is"
Let me explain some things
So?
Things can not be bad when the costs are high. Things are bad because the performance is bad.
Yeah
What almost everyone is crying about is the costs
Duh
I would love to buy a 2080 Ti and I really don't care if it's 1200-1500$ lmao
I'm really gritting my teeth atm
If i have to choose between 2080 and 2080ti i would choose 2080 xd
But there are a lot of other options I can go for
"this card is the worst, it also costs too much" -- what you guys actually say is "this card is bad because this card is expensive"
@gusty glacier That's something to choose from, doesn't mean the TI is bad is it?
Exactly!
No, it's a terrible price point for the card plain and simple.
The only thing that's like
I never said the card performance wise is bad
Probably bad is price for performance
2080ti is the only one which handles the rtx at 60fps 4k
I said its price to performance is bad
^
That's totally different
what a shit card price
That's how you say it
Everyone has an opinion, but people tend to say it like card is so bad because of the price
If people want to spend 1800$ for an card that should be priced at 700-900$ be my guest. But those people are the reason the market is so inflated still
People tend to be mistaken with how you write sentences.
just imagine 2080s to be better than 2080ti ⏹
2080ti will still be Nvidias top of the line card, even after the supers
Pointing directly the price/performance ratio would have been much better from the start. The 2080Ti is the best card on the market, but it is expensive. it's in no way ''bad'' but simply not abortable for many user.
^
I don't see the 2080s being able to top off the 2080 Ti
I've been saying this the entire time
90% of my friends are with 1060's lol xd
@plucky tangle Not being rude against you. It's just how people tend to write the sentences. It just comes as every card is bad cause which has a high price.
there is a 6gb one
"2080ti is just an awful card for the price" that was the very first thing I said about the card earlier @urban gulch . Sorry english isnt your primary language my dude, but nothing wrong with how I wrote it
And yeah, Going for Bang for the buck vs Pure performance not regarding the price is a def a valid discussion, I've heard people say that about the 9900K (pre Zen2 mind you) as well.
That for it's price, it's not worth it.
That doesn't take away that it's the best performing CPU in that segment though
Exactly
Yes.
3700x outperformed 9900k in cs
I bought the 3GB version since I did not know much about PC building, and many important things. Which is why I'm here with a 1060 3GB instead of 6GB
I never even heard of VRAM lmao
or a 3950x as of now, hehe
I know nothing about the new amd cpu. So I wont comment at all. When I go to build a new computer, it's definitely someplace i will look instead of just at intel
basically 3600x= 8700k
calling a card awful just because the price though Berch, I have to agree with Faye that it's hard words, hehe
I'd still go for a 8700K lmao
@fleet canopy Sucks when you notice it tho 😂
I know kek
The fact we have now three, possibly four GPU makers now is going to hopefully bring the cost down significantly.
I just don't feel like AMD would be good off though
Yeah, Intel coming to market with the Xe is going to be interesting.
I honestly think intels GPU will be more for professional workplaces
I'm sure they will come out with gaming GPU's... it just wont be their main thing
probably yeah, we had a chat about it and they are claiming to be gaming focused as well
but yeah
Oh yeah that's right, I forgot. Hopefully they will do well, as most gaming GPU's can be used for both anyway.
Ultimately time will tell.
"seamless multicored gpu's" would be the claim
I still wonder if i should go for air or liquid for the 3700x
Depends on the case, ventilation etc. I am able to overclock like mad with my air cooler
Wouldn't matter since it's totally your choice
Well i stopped at ml360r
If you want good looks, go for liquid cooling
If you dont mind seeing a huge ass block, get a noctua
Aah noctua
I'd go for an ugly noctua over an AIO anyday, buut that's a lot down to preference
I don't like the pump sound..
I move my PC a lot when going to see friends. I don't think it's good to get liquid cooling for me.
My PC stays in one place - flex tape is my main sponsor
Which gives a better performence
And I do closed clean. soundproofed chassis without plexi as well though
I am such a watercooling fanboy that I rarely look at air coolers, but I have heard such good things about the Noctua NH-D15 that I just had to see what it w...
It's just up to personal preferences really
A friend said if im going for overcl then water
To be honest, you wouldn't need water cooling for OC
Air cooling works pretty well too, if its good airflow
I overclock my 6700k from 4.0ghz to 4.8ghz, at 1.32v
Highest temperature reached on prime95 stress tests was 75c. Just ran it again last night. This is with my pc completely air cooled, and with a noctua.
You got a good one, Can't bring my 6700k above 4.3 ghz
Yeah I hit the silicone lottery I hear
Idle temps are 35-40 .... under gaming load around high 50c
Maaaaybe 60ish
@gusty glacier if you have a small case, or little ventilation inside, then liquid cooling will be best. But if you have a medium to full tower, with good ventilation, air cooling is all you will need.
But then you need to factor in aesthetics and what not. If you have your computer on the floor, and you never look at it, then air cooling is probably for you. And its alot cheaper.
But if your computer is on your desk, and your following an RGB theme, then liquid cooling might be for you.
Now granted we mean air cooling with a decent air cooler, not stock fans lol
Kids nowadays are smart with PCs
They know to use a 2080 Ti and a 9900K for minecraft
you forgetti the ram-etti
Ya'll need jesus
If you need more ram, everyone knows to just download more off the internet
Hm
Totally off topic. Ocean Water = new favorite drink from Sonic
How to download 2080ti
Yes
2019 , legit
3D printer
Who needs a case? Just spread everything out on a desk, connect all the wires and go with it! lol
Not a bad idea, I might as well put screws on my wall and place the components there
Thinking about a Fractal Design Meshify C
alrighty then
I haven’t myself, but like 3 friends and the internet told me so
Yeah, that’s not anything that’s immediately fixable
I'll just keep an eye out before buying one then
I’m like 98% sure that before September more drivers will be out
aight
hmm
The Verge : Okay so to first build a pc we need a table
yes
Walmart were more focused on the fans rather than the parts lmao xd
?
Yo want this?
hello anybody here who is a expert on pc cooling?
i really need help with cooling my pc
@vague lake Raises my hand
I wouldn't say I'm an expert, but I certainly know my way around computers, and have built my fair share at this point.
