Not fully, but instead the developers limit the game on PC specifically because they don't want the console players to feel cheaped out.

30 fps caps, lowered graphical fidelity, removing of features, auto-aim. Some of the factors.

Obviously, at times it's just a hardcoded console game with a PC port, but what I talk of is PC games with console variants.

Just look T the witcher 2. A game that was made exclusively for PC. Porting it to console much later was really difficult. And the graphic details in this game was ahead of everything for an old game. With option designed for the future. (Uber-sampling)

So it is a fucking BIOS / firmware / driver bug affecting the 1st round of benchmark results afterall. New firmware allows Ryzen 3000 to boost up to 200 to 300 MHz higher !!!

Idgaf about fan boying about a GPU manufacturer. If nvidia comes out with good product I'll buy their, and usualy do. If AMD is doing it, I'll switch over. I just want the best bang for the buck. (But I also bought a 1080ti when they came out, so maybe take what I say with a grain a salt. But I also only paid 750$ lol)

Many moons ago when AMD was top dog i used their stuff. But if Intel does good work, AMD, nvidia .... it just means more competition and better prices for us consumers.

@chrome chasm though Intel will have gaming GPU's I'm sure, I have a "feeling" their stuff will lean more towards work stations etc

It just makes sense for them to try not to compete with gaming GPU's... but I guess we will see. Even if they come out with an alright mid tier GPU it's still competition for the others
