It's all a matter of time and resources, we did also record that gameplay playing with USA, so part of the added stutters was latency.
But yeah, making sure the game runs well is a huge thing for us, so for sure going to be more optimization in there.

In games it is customary to not sync ragdolls because it's a waste of network bandwidth
This has been true ever since the first halo games
Having .1cm accurate ragdoll positions doesn't add enough to the experience to justify transferring so much data
When you can just send data describing the moment something dies and the forces applied to it to pretty much get a near perfect ragdoll position anyway
Only difference being the physics after it dies get simulated on the client
In a deterministic physics engine this would result in perfect sync, but they're using Unity so it differs just a slight bit

But I really doubt they sync them anyway and this is just the result of a low frequency physics timestep, which would be hard to make adjustable anyway because it would break other things like things that use physics that actually do need to be synced correctly between players

They are focusing on gameplay first and foremost while making sure a broad range of PC can run the game. Those seem to be a STEAM restriction. 10CC cannot help in this. The best solution I can offer you is to ask your friend to become 10CC ambassador and verify email + get a key here like you did.
It is bothersome, but it is the best solution to counter this STEAM regional lock

I dont have this problem myself, but my friend experienced a bug. Whenever he fired the Machine Gun, his view would move as if he was moving his mouse upwards constantly. It continued with his character even if he was paused or in the map.

hey things we have found so far, some play thrus using medpacks and ammo packs having issue sharing between players not sure what caused it but after a extended firefight we could use again. 2 of our guys have had also constant combat music while the other two are still with stealth music. I still haven't been able to play the game 😦 Every time i try to launch it, the game blackscreens forever. I have the require specs too. (Worked the very first time, was super laggy when we started up the match, but then it froze as i was trying to lower the graphics. Never worked after that)

or if a clean re-install of latest drivers don't work, then ROLLBACK to an older version

No support needed. But occasionally the medkit bugs out and you can't heal another member. Unable to recreate, but appeared after 4 sessions without restarting the game. The prompt for healing another member would not come up regardless of who had the medkit.

My friend is having trouble, everything works, he can chose load out and start the game, he goes through the animation and lift. And when he takes control of his character it crashes his game. GTFO is not responding etc.

The alpha lasts a total of 24 hours, which started at 7 am pacific. it's 6 pm pacific now, so another 13 hours

Every 4 seconds at a regular rate my game stutters. It runs smoothly the other 3 - 4 seconds, but at 4 or 5 second intervals it stutters and skips a few frames and then goes back to normal. Any idea what graphical settings might fix this?
