Because all of the channels are used, but not 24/7. NA is by far the most active, but it's much less active in late night and early morning.
There are also no rules against advertising in other LFGs (excluding #lfg-beginners ), and nobody really gives a fuck anyway. It's entirely up to your internet whether it will matter.
