You guys should offer birthday gifts for people doesn't have to be much maybe a little gold or even a unit that person doesn't have just anything simple that would mean a lot to people I know you all have a lot of players but use something like AI to keep track and automatically send things to your players that would mean a lot people shows you care more than just the game

Also kixeye does not keep personal information like real names, date of birth etc..
