Make sure you have atleast 10k space in your storage.

i was getting same message the game is not saving progress so if you try to collect resorces in your base like oil or metal it save progress and you can build one at a time that what i had to do

if I try to build more than I actually collected yes, for some reason it allows the build to go into the que then kicks it out and resets game

Please try again when the game comes up but make sure nothing else is open and wait for the red save disk to turn grey, then maybe gather resources in base to see if it sticks
