I purchased a Flash Sale package, but it has not been applied correctly to my account.
I previously had a Level 25 MATCHLOCKE. I recently saw a Flash Sale package priced at 199 Gold that included a Level 30 MATCHLOCKE, so I purchased it. However, the level 30 upgrade has not been reflected on my MATCHLOCKE.
As proof that the package was purchased, I can point to my ENGINEER's production capacity limit. Before the purchase, my ENGINEER's production limit was 1. After purchasing the package, this limit increased to 2. (However, I have confirmed that actual production still does not work for the second unit.)
Regarding this issue, I would like to request either a refund for the package purchase or a bug fix so that the Level 30 MATCHLOCKE is correctly applied to my account.
