Its a rare thing. Usually available in the monthly event. But I guess it is the developer team that decide what is in the store or not.

thx bro I saw missionary bases on the map but I don't know how to attack a base with any unit that can destroy a base

Unit bases on the map are not for beginners. They are hard and I mean really hard.
