marina anti air explain plz

can someone from kixeye explain how the anti air tech work for moonskater??
it say in the tech that it works for marina and moonskater but moonskater don't have that tech.

not from Kixeye but..... If the tech is on Marina the monskaters have anti air also... all from the one tech Marina has active
