We should be able to use any and every unit possible to protect our bases! How would you like for the government to tell you that you can only protect you home with a pistol, 6 bullets and a knife while the bad guys can bring Ak's, explosives of any nature, Shotguns etc. at their disposal to blow your home to smithereens! Nope you wouldn't like the odds I'm sure and neither do we when it comes to our bases!

well the main issue in the future that Kixeye did stop with developing defensive units, while Sector Breach does continue, so the attackers will have a growing arsenal of powerful legendary units besides the faction units and the unique units. I am afraid that there will no balance anymore as now already the attacker can use 5 platoons ground and 5 platoons air and missiles. Do really wonder how we will ever be able to defend our base in the future as even the new turrets ain't that good.
