you are using units with a weapon type that is not optimal against the enemy
I don´t understant,where is reason to have and exp latest units,if they are completely useless in every event base.
Match the damage type to enemy type and faction(?) (still need to offensively test the older series units but the Phobos and DART were eating Armored Corps units during the defensive Waves) and avoid turret fire at all costs. Turrets eat units now especially the new Gen II Turrets.
War wagons are burst so damage to turrets is less than before
For the most part run-&-gun or Rubi strategies don't work as well anymore.
I would say that part depends on the player
Sure skill is involved, but using an out-ranged burst unit to destroy a Turret is objectively asking for more repair time than other strategies
