Two questions: 1. So the 20 BT commendation will take her level 21 - 25, so I'm assuming that is 20 BT per level = 100 BT? 2. There's a cap on Layla upgrade tokens at 10 so since we just got her to level 10 in Skirmish, that only takes her to level 15. So to get the other 10 upgrade tokens to get her to level 20 I'm guessing there will be a gold offer. But is that going to be the only way to get her to 20 this event?

i believe its a one time charge of 20 BT and yes the coiners get their faster with offers.

So non coiners will have to wait until the next Skirmish to get to 20 and then use the BT to get to 25? And thus miss out on the warpaint.
