I took a metal & Oil base VII WITH Master Loot and got no oil payout. Before suck-ups start up, I have VERY little resources in my base prior to attack AND I had just cleared my cache and refreshed my browser just prior to attack. Just ANOTHER in a long line of things that got me scratching my head from this game.

Have you tried go to World map and enter base again? i had same issue before but after that it works
For some reason sometimes game fails to "update it's state" when you receive new resource whether if its Metal/Oil, Thorium, Medals, and even purchase from event store. By opening World Map and going back inside Base again it force game to update its state
