Issue setting up Extension:Title Icon

Issue: The image chosen for one of my page's icon does not appear in the search bar. (https://timetosmilerblx.miraheze.org/wiki/FaceGiver this is the page with the issue). I believe this has something to do with my Property:Title Icon not working, after checking the Discussion section of the Title Icon page, others had the same issue but I couldn't figure out how to fix it. For some reason, the icon only appears in one place but not in the search bar.
