I did this for csez wiki
But we went the perms route which borked article feedback v5 extension

In-case anyone else has issues in future or wants it so only signed in users can edit and create pages for your wiki
Step 1, navigate to:
"yourwiki.miraheze.org"/wiki/Special:ManageWiki/permissions
Edited the "Everyone" perms:
Bare minimum stuff here.
