Wikimedia commons images not showing up through templates

Through the country data template, which has until now worked fine, some images that are from wikimedia commons don't show up. In the picture at the top is the issue whilst the bottom row is how it should work.

Both of these use files from wikimedia commons and both used to work until now

well, this is a headache that needs more investigation

really odd because the file works elsewhere

I guess in I can just copy and upload the files and their summaries onto the wiki since that works

You can ignore the warning and upload it anyway

But a private wiki should not hinder transcluding images from commons

Would it help to disable InstantCommans, Save it, and then activate it again and save it?

seems to have fixed itself magically
