A user was recently blocked on https://battlecats.miraheze.org and suddenly completely unrelated users were unable to do anything (it seems like only admins were immune to autoblock). I disabled autoblock and it seems like that might have fixed the issue, but why did autoblock also do something to completely unrelated users?
