I'm using Vector (Old) and want my wiki to have light text on a dark background, is it possible ?

Enable the darkmode extension on Special:ManageWiki/extensions.

DarkMode extension is enabled by default, and it just inverts everything
if you want the wiki to be always dark, all that must be done via CSS (and disable DarkMode)

Dark mode does some extra things such as not inverting images, though it’s not too difficult to replicate.
